                                             ORDER QUESTIONS

My order says delivered but I did not receive it.

First, please confirm that the shipping address you entered at checkout is correct. Second, check with your neighbor to make sure that it was not delivered to the wrong suite, apartment number, etc. Lastly, contact/visit your local USPS to find out the whereabouts of your package. If you still do not have your package, email us at stories@wrapandwhatknot.comWe will contact your local USPS and if your package is lost, we will file a claim on our end.  Reshipments require a signature upon delivery. If one or more of the items ordered are out of stock, you will be issued a store credit. Store credit must be used within 28 days. Please note reshipments cannot be approved if the address provided at checkout was incorrect. This process may take up to four weeks.

I placed an order, when will my package be shipped?

Standard delivery will ship within 2 business days if placed by noon EST. Express delivery will ship the same day if placed by noon EST. Shipping is not available on weekends or holidays.

How do I track my order?

Following your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 1 business day with a tracking number. Please look at your tracking information for periodic updates. If your order could not be delivered, please contact your local carrier to find out the next date of delivery or you may pick it up at your local carrier store.

Materials, Style and Size

We provide both pre-tied and loose rectangular wraps. The headwraps vary in color, shape, fabric and size. The pre-tied wraps range from small to large. Weight typically range from very lightweight to thick/firm material. Information on weight and size are available under each item.

Do you offer custom items?

We make custom items on occasion; however, we do not provide alterations. Purchases on custom items are final. No exceptions

Where can I purchase your items?

We are an online boutique. All our items can only be purchased online. We also offer same day delivery or pick up for local customers. We host pop up shops throughout the year, CONNECTwith us online so you can get all the deets on our events and pop up shops.

What do I do if I want an item that is out of stock?

We use that information along with information that is available about you publicly to make decisions about how to better serve you.                                                RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We stand by our product and fully inspect an item(s) before mailing it to you. If you did not receive your order in the condition that we guarantee, please let us know immediately.  Email us at orders@wrapandwhatknot.com  Make sure to have the order number in the subject line. In the email content, please attach a picture of the item and explain your concerns. Any defective item will be mailed immediately at no cost to you. If you no longer want the item, we will issue you a store credit.

What happens if I no longer want an item that I ordered?

Our return and exchange policy is on a case by case basis only.  Please email us at orders@wrapandwhatknot.comwith the details of your request. If your request for an exchange is approved, you will receive an email. You will be responsible for shipping the return order to us. Merchandise must be returned to us in the condition in which it was shipped: unopened, unworn, and unwashed. After your item is received, we will issue you a store credit or replacement item of equal or lesser value. You will have 28 days to use your credit. This policy does not apply to packages returned without obtaining prior approval.

Always provide your FULL address including apartment number, suite number. We are not responsible for delayed, mis-delivered or lost orders. We urge you to always reach out to your local shipping carrier directly for quicker resolutions. Our shipping comes with a tracking number.

How does shipping work?

We provide complimentary shipping to orders over $65. A flat rate of $7.50 is applied to all US orders under $65. Free shipping is limited to orders within the United States.


What are the shipping options?

  • Standard delivery (5-7 business days)

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses are within 20 shipping days (excluding weekends or holidays). Shipping is Monday to Friday

Free 2-day Priority shipping for orders over $65


Do you ship outside of the US?

We will ship anywhere supported by USPS, UPS and DHL.

-DHL Express is fully trackable and delivers within 5 days. 

-USPS international delivers within 4 weeks. If your package encounters any custom delays, it may take up to 8 weeks. Please note that tracking is unavailable for orders outside of the US.


                           CUSTOM ORDERS

This is our specialty collection of Pre-tied wraps. Every wrap is unique in its knots and colors. These pieces are made to order and require up to 6-8 weeks to ship. Please expect slight changes in the knot designs.
